Summary of Monitor's Scope:

Monitor Host Organization's compliance with the requirements of the Agreement and exercise such power and authority and carry our the duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the purposes of the Agreement and in consultation with the Reporting Agency. Monitor shall act in a fiduciary capacity for the benefit of the Reporting Agency.

Summary of Monitor's Activities:

Shall have full and complete access (subject to any legally recognized privilege) to Host Organization's personnel, books, documents, records kept in the ordinary course of business, facilities and technical information, and such other relevant information as Monitor may reasonably request, related to Host Organization's compliance with its obligations under the Agreement. Assess reports made by Host Organization.
